Strategic advisory and business development services for deep tech startups. Scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed per engagement before any payment is made.
Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Card payments are processed securely via Wise. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.
You can cancel an engagement with 14 days written notice. Work already delivered is non-refundable. If we haven't started yet, you'll receive a full refund.
Refunds are granted if work hasn't begun. For ongoing engagements, we'll settle fairly based on work completed.
We treat your business information as confidential and won't share it with third parties without your consent.
GreenScreen B.V. provides strategic advice. We're not liable for business outcomes resulting from that advice.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in The Hague.
